Q & A
Can I go to the in-person retreat even if my partner is not open to going with me?
Not yet. Courses will be provided in early 2025 for individuals who are interested in participating without their partner. If you are interested, fill out our contact form, and we will reach out to you as soon as these are available.
What if I’m not sure if I want to move forward with the relationship?
Even if you are not yet sure if you want to stay in the relationship, commit to the 12 weeks. Your commitment to the 12-week course and consistency in completing the interventions provided each week will yield benefits in processing the hurt, improving mindfulness, increasing emotional regulation, and moving closer toward a decision to stay in the relationship or move on separately while creating emotional healing.
What’s the difference between the virtual and in-person options?
The in-person weekend will focus on healing intimacy and creating greater connection.
Will I get the same topics for the weekend if I choose the virtual option?
Additional therapist-led interventions will be provided for those choosing the intensive in-person retreat, which will not be available to those doing the fully virtual course.
The in-person retreat presents allows for the reduction of distractions, greater exposure to nature, and the opportunity for addressing issues specific to the relationship partners that may be recurring.
For those choosing the fully virtual course, topics will be delivered in the same format and layout as the previous 10-weeks prior. Greater success will be dependent on relationship partners finding a green location to carry out the nature therapy interventions and on partners being able to disconnect from distractions and technology in order to be fully present.
What is the cancelation policy?
Weekend retreat may be rescheduled up to 30 days prior to the originally scheduled date.
